Boarding checklist/Forms

Mutt Hutt Pet Resort wants to be able to express the upmost safety and professionalism for you and you pup(s). This is the reason we do have some requirements in order for your pet to stay with us, whether it be boarding or daycare.

Here is Mutt Hutt's checklist on requirements.

-ALL dogs for boarding/daycare must be up to date on vaccinations including- RABIES, DHLP-Parvo and BORDATELLA.
(bordetella- kennel cough vacc.this is not a required vacc by state standards.) We will need a copy of records.

-If you are boarding a puppy, no matter what age they must have had (3) DHLP-Parvo vaccinations, for the puppy's safety. (If under 6 months they are allowed to board without Rabies.)

-A flea and tick treatment (Biospot) will be performed at time of arrival. For a charge of $6.99 (unless signed vet note saying why the pup can't have treatment, example-allergies.)

-We do provide our house food "CANADAIE" which is an all organic Lamb and rice formula, ADULT, LOW-FAT and PUPPY. OR you may bring your food from home. If you decide to bring from home please place in individual baggies, measured out for each meal.

-Medications (if possible) need to be in original pill container with last name clearly marked on container.
